4 <br />RESOLUTION N0. 2 I ~SP.1.r <br />BY : Mr. ~~' ! ~ ~~' RESOLUTION REQUESTING AUDITOR TO CERTIFY <br />LIFE OF IMPROVEMENT AND MAgIMUM MATURITY <br />OF BONDS FOR ERECTION OF MUNICIPAL <br />SWIl~NRNG POOL. <br />WHEREAS, this Council contemplates issuing X150,000.00 <br />of b€~nds cif which 105,000.~J is proposed to be used to construct <br />a fireproof building tv be used for a swimming pool, and X45,000.00 <br />is to be used for equipment and furnishings for the same, and <br />WHEREAS, Sections 133.24 and 133.21 of the Ohio Revised <br />Code require the fiscal officer of the City to certify to this <br />Council his estimated life of the property, assets or improvement <br />proposed to be acquired or constructed from the pr©ceeds of such <br />bands calculated in accordance with the provisions of Section 133.20, <br />including the weighted average of the amounts proposed to be expended <br />for said classes of improvements, and <br />WHEREAS, the City Auditor is the fiscal officer of this <br />City, as defined by Section 133.01 of the Ohio Revised Cade. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF NORTH OLMSTED, STATE OF OHIO: <br />That the Auditor of this Gity is hereby requested to <br />certify to this Council his conclusions as to the estimated life of <br />such improvements and the maximum maturity of such bonds. <br />PASSED: u~-C yl ~~` ~ ~~ <br />ATTEST: u <br />~' <br />E ri stman, - nnci <br />APPROVED:: <br />ar es B, ~ ' as, <br />
