ORDINANCE N0. .7. ! J~ 7i' BY: Mr. ~ ,----_r, AN ORDINANCETAONHOFISPECIALDASSESCSMENTS THE CANCELLA I ON PERMANENT PARCEL N0. z31-z2-23 oN WALTER ROAD, NORTH OLMSTED, OHIO. WHEREAS, special assessments have been certified by the Auditor of the City of North O1ffisted, Ohio, to the Auditmr of Cuyah©ga CQUnty, for the improvement of Walter Road (N0. 1), in the City of North Olmsted, Ohio, by constructing therein a water main, and WHEREAS, Higgins-Humphrey (L.M.Carson) have paid said assess- ments, together with interest thereon, on Permanent Parcel No. 231-22- 23 on the Auditor's records of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, said parcel being on Walter Road, North Olmsted, Ohio. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, STATE OF OHIO: That the Auditmr of Cuyahoga COUnty be and is hereby authorized and directed to cancel all future assessments, beginning with the assessments for the year 1955 and continuing through 1961, certified and levied on said Fermanent Parcel No. 231-22-23 on the C©unty Auditor's records, which assessments were certified and levied for the improvement ®f Walter Road (No. 1), by constructing therein a water main. That the annual assessments for said improvement including interest at the rate of 2-3~4~ on said premises amounted to the sum of 192.50. That the Treasurer of the City of North Olmsted, Ohio, is hereby authorized and directed tm receive payment in full, with interest of such assessments beginning with the year 1955 and continuint through 1961. That the Clerk is ordered to certify a copy of this Ordinance to the Auditor of Cuyahoga County, Ohio.
