ORDINANGE N0. 2151. BY: Mr, Baker. AN ORDINANCE AUTHORT2ING AND DIRECTING THE CANCELLATION OF SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS ON PERMANENT PARCEL N0. 235-2-37 ON ANDRUS AVENUE, NORTH OLMSTED, OHIO. WHEREAS, special assessments have been certified by the Auditor of the City of North Olmsted, Ohio, to the Auditor of Cuya- hoga County, for the improvement of Andrus Avenue, in the City of North Olmsted, Ohio, by grading and slagging the same, and WHEREAS, Murray - White (escrow) have paid said assess- , manta, together with the interest thereon, on Permanent Parcel No. 235-2-3? on the Auditor's records of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, known as No. 51.2 Andrus Avenue, in the City of North 01~--sted, Ohio. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, STATE OF OHIO; That the Auditor of Cuyahoga County be and is hereby authorized and directed to cancel all future assessments, beginning with the assessments for the year 1955 and continuing through 1956, certified and levied on Permanent Parcel No, 235-2-3? on Andrus Avenue, North Olmsted, Ohio, and which assessments were certified and levied for the improvement of Andrus Avenue by grading and slagging the same. That the annual assessments for said improvement including interest at the rate of 2-3/4~ on said premises amounted to the sum of ~115.?$• That the Treasurer of the City of North Olmsted, Ohio, is hereby authorized and directed to receive payment in full, with interest of such assessments beginning with the year 1955 and con- tinuing through 1956. That the Clerk is ordered to certify a copy of this Ordinance to the Auditor of Cuyahoga County, Ohio. This is an emergency measure necessary for the public health, peace and safety and to provide immediately for the can- cellation of special assessments which have been paid in fu11.
