ORDINANCE N0. .~/ ~~_ BY: Mr. o?.~.~h-c~G~ AN ORDI"idANCE AUTHOr'cIZING AND DIRECTING THE CANCELLATION OF SPECIAL ASSESSNCENTS Ora PERMANENT PARCEL N0. 231-24-29, S/L 34 ON FRANK STREET, NORTH OLNISTED, OHIO. WHEREAS, special assessments have been certified by the Auditor of the City of North Olmsted, Ohio, to the Auditor of Cuyahoga County, for the improvement of Frank Street, in the City of North Olmsted, Ohio, by grading and paving the same, and WHEREAS, the assessments on the Fuchs property, known as Sublot No. 34, Permanent Parcel No, 231-24-29 on the Auditors records of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, together with the interest thereon, has been paid in full. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY_ THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, STATE OF OHIO: That the Auditor of Cuyahoga County be and is hereby authorized a.nd directed to cancel all futtm a assessments, beginning with the assessments for the year 1955 and continuing through 1959, certified and levied on said Permanent Parcel No, 231-24-.29 on the County Auditorts records, which assessments were certified and levied for the improvement of Frank Street by grading and paving the same. That the annual assessments for said improvement including interest at the rate of 2~~ on said premises amounted to the sum of X63.15. That the Treasurer of the City of North Olmsted, Ohio! is hereby authorized and directed to receive payment in full, with interest of such assessments beginning with the year 155 and continuing through 1959. That the Clerk is ordered to certify a copy of this Ordinance to the Auditor of Cuyahoga County, Ohio.
