<br />RESOLUTION N0. 2126. <br />BY: Mr. Schwenk. RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING SAFETY-SERVICE <br />DIRECTOR TO ENTER INTO CONTRACT FOR <br />USE OF THE CRIME LABORATORY OF THE <br />CTTY OF BEREA, OHIO. <br />WHEREAS, the City of Berea, Ohio, has established a Crime <br />Investigating Laboratory and has extended an invitation to the <br />City of North Olmsted, Ohio, to take advantage of the services <br />offered by said Laboratory, and <br />WHEREAS, the Board of Control has recommended to this <br />Council that the use of such services would be beneficial to the <br />City in the prosecution of criminal matters. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF NORTH OL~iSTED, STATE OF OHIO: <br />That the Service Director be and is hereby authorized to <br />enter into a contract with the City of Berea, Ohio, for services of <br />the Crime Investigating Laboratory of said City when needed in the <br />• prosecution of crime in the City of North Olmsted, Ohio.
