Z 11 <br />BY: Mr. ,~t~2,~-rr~y°~~ AN ORDINANCE AUTHORILTNG THE SAFE OF <br />REAL ESTATE LO(:ATED AT THE SOUTHWEST <br />CORNER OF LORAIN AND DOVER CENTER ROADS, <br />NOT NEEDED FOR MUNICIPAZ PURPOSES. <br />BE IT ORDAIPJED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORTH <br />OLMSTED, STATE OF OHIO, two-thirds of all members elected thereto <br />concurring; <br />Section l: That the following described real estate <br />belonging to the City of North Olmsted, Ohio, is not needed for <br />any municipal purpose, to wit: <br />Situated in the City of North Olmsted, County <br />of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio and known as being a <br />part of Original Olmsted Township Lot No. 21, Tract <br />No, 6 and further described as follows: <br />Beginning in the center line of Dover Center <br />Road, 60 feet wide, at a point distant northerly <br />measured along said center line, 41.33 feet frorc <br />the southeasterly corner of a parcel of land con- <br />veyed to The Village of North Olmsted by deed <br />recorded in Volume 522$, Page 519, of Cuyahoga <br />County Records of Deeds; thence Northerly along <br />said center line of Dover Center Road, 527.9? feet. <br />to the center line of Lorain Road, $0.00 feet wide; <br />thence Southwesterly along said center line of <br />Lor~.in Road x.65.1$ feet to a point in the north- <br />easterly line of a parcel of land conveyed to <br />Mary C. Kennedy by deed recorded in Volume 3329, <br />Page 513, of said deed records thence Southeasterly <br />at right angles to said center line of Lorain Road <br />and along the northeasterly line of land so conveyed <br />to Mary C, Kennedy a distance of 251.63 feet to a <br />point; thence easterly in a direct line about <br />219.54 feet to a point in said center line of Dover <br />Center Road and the place of beginning, be the same <br />more or less, but subject to all legal highv~ays. <br />Section 2.
