WHEREAS, the bids were duly received for the following City of North Ol.~nsted Bonds: X50,000.00 Fire House Bonds and, WHEREAS, said bids were received as follows: Ryan Sutherland & Co., Toledo, Ohio. Premiwn X157.00 at 3_1/~.~ plus accrued interest. Hayden Miller & Co., Cleveland, Ohio. Premiuta X457.00 at 3~ plus accrued interest. Premium X365 $5 at Seasongood & l~ayQr, Gincinrati~ Ohio. 3-1/2~ plus accrued interest. First Cleveland Corporation, Cleveland, Ohio. Premium X595.00 at 3..1/4° plus accrued interest. WHEREAS, this Council believes it would be for the best interests of the Citp to accept the bid of Hayden Miller & Company. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, STATE :?F OHIO: Section 1, That the bid of Hayden Miller & Company for the above mentioned bonds which total X50,000.00 at interest of 3~ per annum, at par and accrued faterest, plus a premium of $457.OO, be and the same is hereby accepted and said bonds are hereby awarded to Hayden Miller & Co. Section 2 That the rate of interest on said bonds shall be 3~ per annum n accordance with said bid.
