WHEREAS, special assessmenta have been certified by the Auditor of the City of North Olmsted, Ohio, to the Auditor of Cuya- hoga Council, for the faprovement of McNenaie Road, in the City of North Olmsted, Ohi©, by constructing therein a water main, and WHEREAS, H. R. and L. Janik have paid said assessments, together with the interest thereon, on Permanent Parcel No. 231r 26-9, on MCKen2ie Read, North 07.msted, Ohio. 1l~W, THEREF(ytE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUAICIL OF THE CITY OF NOR'PH 0?~KSTED, STATE ~F OHIO: That the Auditor of Cuyahogga County be and is hereby authorized and directed to cancel all future ass®ssments, beginning with the assessments for the year 1955 and continua through 1961, certified and levied os Permanent Parcel No. 231-26 on l[cE®nzie Roads North Olmsted, and which assessments were certified and levied for the improvement of I~cKensie Road by constructing therein a water main. That the annual assessments for said improvement including interest at the rate of 2-3/y.;~ on said presises amount®d to the sum of $399.07. That the Treasurer of the City of Borth Olmsted, Ohio, is hereby amthorized and directed to receive payment in full, with interest of such assessments beginning with the year 1955 and con- tinuing through 1961. That the Clerk is ordered to certify a copy of this Ordinance to the Auditor of Cuyahoga County, Ohio. This is an emergency 'ensure necessary for the public health, peace and safety and to provide immediately for the cancellation of special assessments which have been paid in full.
