ORDINANCE N0. ~ t <br />BI; per, -r~=~~```~`~~~ AN ORDINANCE TO REPEAL ORDINANCE <br />N0. 203, PASSED SEPTEMBER 2i 1954, <br />ENTITLED SAN ORDINANCE TO VACITE A <br />PORTIDI~ OF THE NORTHERLY END 0~' <br />RANCHVIEW AVENUE AS SHOWN BY DAN <br />BENUSKA SUBDIVISION PLAT N0. 1". <br />WHEREAS, it noW appears that the Plat of the Dan Benuska <br />Subdivision:'No. 2 is in conflict with Dan Benuska Subdivision No. 1, <br />in that it vacates a portion of Ranchview Avenue as shorn by said <br />Subdivision Na. 1. <br />t <br />NOW,, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF NORTH OLlKSTED, OHIO: <br />Section 1. That Ordinance No. 203$, passed September 21, <br />1954, entitled "An Ordinance to Vacate a Portion of the Northerly <br />End of Ranchview Avenue as shown by Dan Benuska Subdivision Plat <br />No. 1", be and the same is hereby repealed. <br />Section 2.
