Mr.__.____._,~~ ____._________moved the adoption of the following resolution: WHEREAS, At a meeting of the city council of ______.___._____~9rth_9lmsted___________ -------, Ohio, held in the office of the council of said city, ~n the_______ __.~_~ _~_______ _______ ____day of -______._~~,.~'=P %__.______.______, 19 ~~, a quorum being present, the improvement of State Route Igo . 17, under the provisions of section 1178 and related sections inclusive of the General Code of Ohio, came on for further consider- ation; said portion of road as described in the preliminary application of this council to the state high- way director of Ohio, on the___~t~? __day of_____________~.Y__________.________, 19 ._5?± being as follows: Heg~i»g in the centerline of the proposed Brookpark Road Extension at a point on the westerly corporation line of Parkview Village; thence southerly 670-55'-17" W., 1351.30 feet, to a point of curvature; thence along a curved line deflecting to the right 1907.71+ feet, said curved line having a cord which bears S. 790-02'-59~" W.; thence northwest 7,1+2.16 feet along the Dover-Olmsted Township line to an angle point; thence S. 890-55'-26" W., 126.97 along the Dover-Olmsted township line to a point in the centerline of State Route Pto. 10 (known locally as Lorain Road), as now established and there terlmi.nate. Being in all a distance of about 2.11 mi., and shown more particular~.y by construction plans prepared by the State of Ohio, Department of Highways, designated as CUY-S.R. 17 - 2.99. WHEREAS, The city council of_____________N_orth Olmsted ___________~ Ohio, in said preliminary application, proposes to co-operate with the state highway director of Ohio in the constructing reconstructing Route No . improvement of State ~>~ 17, by assuming and contributing towards the cost of widening the above described maintenance improvement, one hundred percent (100°0 of the cost repair of rearranging sanitary sewers, water mains, service lines, fire hydrants, valve boxes and appurtenances thereto, or other municipally owned utilities made necessary by the construction of said proposed improvement. Said lO()96 is to be in- clusive of the cost of the engineering, preliminary contingencies and other incidental expenses, and is now estimated in the amount of One Thousand and One Hundred - - - - - - 00~100 Dollars ($1,100.00). Said amount is subject to adjustament in order to make the City's ultimate contribution correspond with said percentage of actual cost; and WHEREAS, The state highway director has approved said application and has caused a map of the above described Section to be made in outline and profile.
