DATE OF ENAGTMENT_.,,.~'1 a~f An emergency ordinance/X~ enacted by the CITE of North Olmsted _._~ _ Cuyahoga County, Ohio, in the matter of the hereinafter described impr. o~~e- ment, under the supervision of the Director of Highways. SECTION I (CONSENT") WHEREAS, the Director of Highways is considering the matter of the following irriprove- ment under his supervision of the public highway particularly described as follow.>° (Description) The improvement of State Route 252, Section 5.72 and 6.x+9 (Part) North Olmsted, laiown locally as Columbia Road, by resurfacing the existing surface with T-35 asphaltic concrete, on that part of the above designated route, which lies within the corporate limits of the City of North O7.Irtsted anal between the following described termini: Beginning in the centerline of Columbia Road, as now established, at a point 686 feet North of the junction of S.R. :LO (Lorain Road); Thence in a Northerly direction from said place of beginning, along Baia centerline of Columbia Road to the Southerly corporation line of Westlake Village and there terminate, being in all a d:lstance of 1.02 miles. and CITY WHEREAS, it is declared to be in the public interest that the consent of the E of North Olmsted Ohio be given for the above described improvement, under the supervision of the Director of Highways in accordance with plans, specifications and est.i- mates as prepared by said Director. NOW THEREFORE, such consent be and is hereby given, for the construction of the above described improvement. SECTION III (AUTHORITY TO SIGN} BE IT ORDAINEd, that the Mayor of the CIS of North Olmsted Ohio, be and he is authorized to enter into agreements f or ~ special contractual obligations.
