RESOLUTION N0. o~ o oZ ~ <br />BY: Mr. RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BID FOR <br />LABOR AND MATERIAL FOR LOUIS DRIVE <br />WATER MAIN. <br />WHEREAS, this Council duly advertised for proposals for <br />the furnishing of labor and material for the improvement of Louis <br />Drive its entire length by constructing therein a water main, and <br />WHEREAS, P. DiGioia submitted the lowest and best <br />proposal for furnishing said labor and material. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF ATORTH OLl!"iSTED, OHIO, THAT: <br />The Director of Public Service be and is hereby author- <br />ized to accept the proposal of P. DiGioia to furnish labor and <br />material for the improvement of Louis Drive its entire length by <br />constructing therein a water main, the same being the best and <br />lowest proposal submitted for ~13,417.G0; and said Director be <br />and is hereby authorized to enter into and sign a contract in <br />accordance with the advertisement, the proposal and the plans <br />and specifications on file with the City Engineer. <br />This is an emergency measure necessary for the public <br />health, peace and safety, and to immediately provide for a. con- <br />tract for the above improvement. <br />PASSED: September 7, 1954. <br />ATTEST <br />f <br />e~~~w ~l/~- - <br />Ruth Klee, Deputy Clerk of Council E, W.
