RESOLUTION N0. <br />BY : Mr. /! _ ~~..~.~' A RESOLUTION TO AMEND RESOLUTION N0. 16$2 , <br />PASSED OCTOBER 17, 1950, AUTHORIZING <br />PAYMENT OF CERTAIN EXPENSES FROM THE <br />MUNICIPAL BUS FUND. <br />WHEREAS, with the removal and discontinuance of the City <br />Hall telephone switchboard, it is no longer necessary for the Mayotte <br />Secretary and Office Clerk to devote one-half of her tine in connec- <br />tion with the operation of the Municipal Bus Line, and <br />WHEREAS, charges for telephone services may now be charged <br />directly to the respective municipal departments, and <br />WHEREAS, a large portion of the City Hall is used in the <br />operation and management of the Municipal Bus Line. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF NORTH OLMSTED, STATE OF OHIO: <br />That the following paragraph of Resolution No. 16$2, <br />passed October 17, 1950, which reads as follows: <br />ttThat the Clerk be and ie hereby authorised to pay <br />one-half of the salary of the Mayorts Secretary and <br />Office Clerk, one-half of all telephone bills and the <br />sum of One Hundred Twenty-five Dollars 0125.00) per <br />month toward the maintenance, custodian services and <br />other expenses of the Town Hall from the Municipal <br />Bus Fund" <br />be and it is hereby amended to read as follows: <br />That the Auditor be and he is hereby authorized to <br />pay the sum of One Hundred Twenty-Five Dollars 0125.00) <br />per month toward the maintenance, custodian services and <br />other expenses of the City Hall from the Municipal Bus <br />Pond, <br />That any other portion or portions of said Resolution <br />No. 16$2, passed October 17, 1950 inconsistent herewith, be and <br />they are hereby repealed. <br />This is an emergency measure necessary for the public <br />health, peace and safety and to provide for the payment of proper <br />expense chargeable to the operation of the Municipal.
