That the amotant of tames that $ay be raised by the levy ®f tease at the maxiaum rate authorised by Section 5~?45.02 of the Revised Statutes ®f Ohie on the taxable property in the City of North Ol®sted x111 be insnt'ficient to preside adequate su~tount far the necessary requirements of said City a that it is necessary for the purpose of pr®viding additional funds far current expenses ®f the City of forth 41.msted that t~ucea b® levied on the taxable property said City f®r the period of three years at a rata in excess of arch ma~dmuti rate auth©rized by Section 5745.02 of the 8evissd Statutes of 4hi®. Section 2. That it is necessary to levy texas fvr the years 1955, 1956 and 195? at the rate fvr each year of three mills on each dollar of the taz valuation xhich am®unts to thirty cents t3A}E) For each one hundred dollars (~~00.04) of valuation, of the taxable pro- perty xithin the 6ity ©f North Olmsted in excess of the rate authorised by said Section 5?05.02 of the Revised Statutes of 4hicr, xhich is a renexal of the present three-mill levy.. Section 3. That said proposed renexal of tax levy shall be submitted to the Electors of the City of forth 01.msted~ Ohio, at the next General Election to be held ®n Noveffiber 2, 195. in the said City, and the Clerk of this Council be and he is hereby directed to certify a c©py of this Res®lution to the Depaty State 3upervisvrs and Inspect- ors of Elects©ns of Cuyahoga C®unty, Ohio in order that said Super- visors and Inspectors of Elections may ma~e the necessary arrangements for the sub~aission of such gwesti~an to the ElECt4rs of said City, and all of xhich they are hereby respectfully directed to do, Section ~..~ That the form of Ballot to be submitted to the Ele~ters of the City of North Olasted~ Ohio, at said neat General Election on N®veaber ~., 195b~for said renexal of tax levy shall be substantially as follc~xs: PROPOSED RENEGTAL OF TA% LEPY CITY OF NORTH OI~LSTEDy OIiI0 A renexal of a tae levy for the benefit of the City of North Olmsted, Ohio, for the parpose of current e=penses at a rate not exceeding three rills for each dollar of valuation, xhich amounts to thirty cents (30¢`) for each one hundred dollars ($100.40) of valuation, for each of the years 1955, 1956 and 195?. • • AGAINST RENEf~AL OF TAY LEVY ' • Section 5~.
