Whereas, by Ordinance No. 1939 Passed February 16, 195~r, Co~cil has beret®fcre levied assessments far improving Stearns Bdad as therein set forth sad therein further provided to persons assessed as opportunity for thirty days to pay said assessments is Qash, and Whereas, by reason of possible defects in the statutory n®tice ®f assessments, COUncil has caused said nstice to be publiaahsd for three consecutive xaseks endi$g dune ~ 195., and all other rsquirs- meats f®r said assessments having been du~y csaplfed xith, has deter- mined t® reconfirm its pri®r levy of such assessments xthont granting :~~ further period for paym®at cif said aasessmest in cash by re-saact- ing Section 1 of said Ordinance No. 1939 as hereinafter set f®rth;, NOW, THERTFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COtiNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH EaI~KSTBD, STATE OF ONIO; Section ~ That Section 1 of Ordinance No. 1939 be and it is hereby` awe and re-enacted iin the f ollo~ing form; ~Secti®n 1.
