RESOLUTION DECLARING IT NECESSABx TO <br />Il+~PROVE It00T ROAD FROM EA1D OF ~ISTIAIG <br />MAIN TO A POINT' 1203 FEET Nt3RTHERT.Y, <br />BY CONSTRUCTING THEREIN .A WATER MAIN. <br />WHEREAS, the oxa~ers ®f sixty per cent ®f the f®®t fr®nta~;e: <br />®f pr®perty on ~®t Bread frc~ the end of the existing main t® a point <br />1203 feet northerly (northerly line ®f Permaaeat Mo. 231••32-10~, l~av® <br />petiti©ned in xriting f®r the improvement of said street by construct- <br />ing therein a water main. <br />NOW, TH'EP'ORE~, ~ IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF NORTH OLMSTED, STATE OF OHIO, thre®-fourths of all members elected <br />theret® concurring: <br />S~ectioa 1 That it is deemed necessary and conducive to <br />the pablic eta. t ,~ctonvenience and xelfare that Ro®t Bead frees the <br />end of the azisting main to a point 1203 feet northerly, be impr®ved. <br />by constructing therein a rater ma.ia in accordance with the plans and <br />specifications prepared by the City Engine®r, <br />Section~~„ That the grade of said street shall be the grade <br />sham on t e P ans and specifications for said improvement, xhich said <br />grade and elevations are hereby confirmed and estaT~c].ished: as the grade <br />of said street. <br />Section That the plans, specifications, estimates and <br />profiles o the proposed improvement heretofore prepared by the City <br />Engineer and nor filed in the office of the Director of Public Service <br />be, and the same are hereby approved. <br />Section That the cost of said improvement shall be <br />assessed by he ©ot front upon the follawi.ng described lots and lands, <br />tea-xt, all lots and lands bounding and abutting upon the pr®posed iffi- <br />provement~ xhich said lots and lands are hereby determined to be <br />specially benefited by said improvement;, and the cost of said improve- <br />ment shall include the expense of preliminary and other surveys, of <br />printing and publishing the notices, resolutions and ordiaaaaacas <br />required, the serving of said notices the cost of construction' to- <br />gether nith interest on notes or bonds issued in anticipation ®f collect- <br />ion of deferred assessments and all other necessary enditures. <br />Section ~ That the assessments s© t® be levied shall be <br />paid in teen installments, with interest not to exceed six per <br />cenh per annum o n deferred pagments, provided that the oxner of any <br />property assessed may, at his optson~ pay such assessment in cash <br />within thirty days from and after the passage of the assessing ordinance, <br />in which case said assessment shall not include any item of interest <br />upon notes or bonds to be issued in anticipation of the collection of <br />deferred installments of assessments:. <br />Section 6 That notes or bonds of the City of North Olmsted <br />shall be issue n anticipation of the collection of assessments by <br />installments and in an amount equal thereto. <br />Section 1.
