WHEREAS, the oxa~ers ®f sixty per cent ®f the f®®t fr®nta~;e: ®f pr®perty on ~®t Bread frc~ the end of the existing main t® a point 1203 feet northerly (northerly line ®f Permaaeat Mo. 231••32-10~, l~av® petiti©ned in xriting f®r the improvement of said street by construct- ing therein a water main. NOW, TH'EP'ORE~, ~ IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, STATE OF OHIO, thre®-fourths of all members elected theret® concurring: S~ectioa 1 That it is deemed necessary and conducive to the pablic eta. t ,~ctonvenience and xelfare that Ro®t Bead frees the end of the azisting main to a point 1203 feet northerly, be impr®ved. by constructing therein a rater ma.ia in accordance with the plans and specifications prepared by the City Engine®r, Section~~„ That the grade of said street shall be the grade sham on t e P ans and specifications for said improvement, xhich said grade and elevations are hereby confirmed and estaT~c].ished: as the grade of said street. Section That the plans, specifications, estimates and profiles o the proposed improvement heretofore prepared by the City Engineer and nor filed in the office of the Director of Public Service be, and the same are hereby approved. Section That the cost of said improvement shall be assessed by he ©ot front upon the follawi.ng described lots and lands, tea-xt, all lots and lands bounding and abutting upon the pr®posed iffi- provement~ xhich said lots and lands are hereby determined to be specially benefited by said improvement;, and the cost of said improve- ment shall include the expense of preliminary and other surveys, of printing and publishing the notices, resolutions and ordiaaaaacas required, the serving of said notices the cost of construction' to- gether nith interest on notes or bonds issued in anticipation ®f collect- ion of deferred assessments and all other necessary enditures. Section ~ That the assessments s© t® be levied shall be paid in teen installments, with interest not to exceed six per cenh per annum o n deferred pagments, provided that the oxner of any property assessed may, at his optson~ pay such assessment in cash within thirty days from and after the passage of the assessing ordinance, in which case said assessment shall not include any item of interest upon notes or bonds to be issued in anticipation of the collection of deferred installments of assessments:. Section 6 That notes or bonds of the City of North Olmsted shall be issue n anticipation of the collection of assessments by installments and in an amount equal thereto. Section 1.
