ORDINANCE NO. 1 r ~' ~ BY : Mr. _ ~--~ ~- ~- ~ ~ AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE CANCELLATION OF SPB~IAL ASSESSMENTS ON 3UBLOT NO. 65 ON FRANK STREET, NORTH OLMSTED, OHIO. WHEREAS, special assessffients have been certified by the Auditor of the City of North Olmsted, Ohio, to the Auditor of Cuyah©ga County, for the improvement of Frank Street, in the City of ~(orth Olaated, Ohio, by grading and slagging the name, and WHEREAS, Jack and Helen W. Daniels have paid said assessments, together with interest thereon, vn Sublot No. 65 on Frank Street, North Olmsted, Ohio, Permanent No. 231-23-35 on the Auditor's records of Cuyahoga County, Ohio. NOW, THExEFOxE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, STATE OF OHIO: That the Auditor of and directed to cancel a: as see anent s for the year and levied on 3ublot No. and further described on No. 231-23-35, and which the improvesent of Frank Cuyahoga County be and is hereby authorised ll future assessments, beginning with the 1954 and continuing through 1959: certified 65 on Frank Street, North Olmsted, Ohio, the Auditor's Records a$ being Permanent assessments were certified and levied for Stre®t by grading and slagging the sass. That the Clerk is ordered to certify a copy of this Ordinance to the Auditor of Cuyahoga County, Ohio. This is an emergency measure necessary for the public health, peace and safety and to provide ismediately for the cancellation of special assessffients which have been paid in full..
