Whereas additional. funds in the atmwunt of ~1~-,455.58 <br />hate ccmte into the, treasury of the City of North Olmsted, na~w therefores <br />Section 2. And the City Auditor is hereby authorized to draw his <br />warrants on the City Treasurer for payments fro~n air of the foregoing appro- <br />priations upon receiving proper certificates and v~ruchers therefor, approved <br />by the Hoard or Officers authorized by law to approve same, or an ordinance <br />or resolution of Council to make the expenditures; provided that no warrants <br />shall be drawn or paid for salaries or wages except to persons employed by <br />auth©rity of and in aacordance with law or ordinance. Provided further, that <br />the appropriation for contingencies can only be expended upon approval of two- <br />thirds vote of Ccuncil for ite~ma of expense constituting a le~l obligation <br />against the City acid for purposes other than those covered by the other specific <br />appropriations herein made. <br />Section 4. That this Ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency <br />measurs,in that it relates to the public health, safety and welfare, aad to the <br />usual. daily operation of the severaa municipal departments of the City of <br />North Olmsted, and shall. take effect and be in force from and after its passage. <br />
