SCHWENK AN ORDINANCE A1~IiY~ENDING ORDINANCE N0. 1021 PASSED MARCH 24, 1953 AND ENTITLED "ORDINANCE CREATING POSITIONS OF RECREATION DIRECTOR, RECREATION INSTRUCTORS, GYMNASIUM INSTRUCTOR AND PLAYGROUND HELPERS AND FIXING COMPENSATION THEREFORt'. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, STATE OF OHIO: That Ordinance No. 1021, passed Larch 24, 1953, entitled "Ordi- nance Creating Positions of Recreation Director, Recreation Instructors, Gymnasium Instructor and Playground Helpers and Fixing Compensation There- fors' , and reading: "BE TT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLI~STED, STATE OF' OHIO:. That there be and is hereby created the position of Recreation Director. That there be and are also hereby created four positions of Recreation Instructor, one position of Gymnasium Instructor, and play- ground helpers. That the salary of the Recreation Director is hereby fixed and determined to be the sum of Twelve Hundred Dollars(~1200.00) per year, payable in equal monthly installments of One Hundred Dollars 1100.00) each. That the compensation of male instructors is hereby fixed and determined to be Eighty Dollars 0$0.00) per week, each for a period not to exceed six weeks during the summer months, which period of six weeks shall be determined by the Recreation Board. Said male instruc- tors shall be paid the sum of Seven Dollars (~T:00) weekly for a period not to exceed 37 weeks outside of the time employed as above set forth said 37 weeks, and the number of hours of said employment shall be determined by the Recreation Board. That the compensation of women instructors is hereby fixed and determined to be the sum of Seventy Dollars 070.00) per week for a period not to exceed six weeks during the summer months, which period of six weeks shall be determined by the Recreation Board, and shall be paid the sum of Four Dollars ($4.00) weekly for a period not exceed- ing 37 weeks outside of the six weeks above referred to, said period of 37 weeks employment and the number of hours of employment per week shall be determined by the Recreation Board. Th t the compensation of Gymnasium Instructor shall be Fifty Dollars (50.00) for six sessions. The compensation of playground helpers is hereby fixed and determined to be the sum of Twenty-five Dollars 025.00) per week for each helper for a period not to exceed six weeks.
