ORDINANCE NO . ~ ~ `~ AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE CANCELATION OF SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS ON SUBLOT 76 ON ANDRUS AVENUE,NORTH OLM- BY .MR . ~` ~e~--,~-c.~ ~• STED ,OHIO . WHEREAS special assessments have been certified by the Audit®r of the City of North Olmsted,Ohio,to the Auditor of Cuyahoga County, for the improvement of Andrus Avenue ,in the City of North Olmsted,Ohio,by grading, draining and slagging and Whereas,J.L.GREEN has paid said assessments together with interest thereon,on Sublot No.76 Andrus Avenue. Permanent No. 235-1-3~ on the Audi- tors records of Cuyahoga County,Ohio. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, STATE OF OHIO: That the Auditor of Cuyahoga County be and is hereby authorized and directed to cancel all future assessments beginning with the assess- ments for the year 1953,certified and levied on Sub10t 76 Andrus Avenue North Olmsted,Ohio~ and urther described on the Auditors Records as being Permanent N0. 235-~-3$ and which assessments were certified and levied for the improvement o~ Andrus Avenue by grading,draining and slag- ging. That the annual assessments for said improvement including interest at the rate of 2-3/~.~ on said preffiises amounted to the cum of X57.39. That the Treasurer of the City of North Olmsted,Ohio,is hereby authorized and directed to receive payment in full with interest of such assessments beginning the year 1953. That the Clerk is ordered to certify a copy of this Ordinance to the Auditor of Cuyahoga County,Ohio. This is an emergency measure necessary for the public health peace and safety and to provide immediately for the cancelation of special assessments which have been paid in full.
