That for the purpose of raising money in anticipa- tion of the collection of special assessments for the improvement of Barton Road from Lorain Road to the southerly line of Tony Basile land (234-17-5;•~alter Road from Lessner Road to Florence Avenue; Alexander Road from end of existing main to easterly City line; and Bailey Road from Lorain Road to southerly end, by construction of water mains therein, in accordance with Ordinances Nos. 964, 965, 966, passed on the 20th day of ~iay , 19 52 , and Ordinance TVo . 996 , passed the 21st day of Uctob~er, 1952, respectively, bonds of the City of North Olmsted, Ohio, shall be issued to the amount of ~1~9,150.00 to pay notes pre- viously issued and now due and payable. Section 2. Said bonds shall be signed by the T~Tayor and auditor, bear date of June 1, 1953, and shall be numbered and be due and payable as follows: Date of i~Taturity T~1os.
