Ordinance Tdo.955, passed March 18, 1952, and <br />all other ordinances or parts of ordinances, sections or parts of <br />sections pertaining to the compensation of employees named herein <br />and which are conflicting with the provisions of this ordinance <br />are hereby repealed. <br />Section 3.
