13. <br />35 feet 2~ stories. <br />Section 3. ~T WIDTH & AREA REGULATIONS. <br />In any District, the minimum width and area of iot required per family <br />house thereon, shall be as follows: <br />Lots in an "A" Residence District shall not be less than 80 feet in <br />width and shall contain at least 13200 square feet. Lots in an "AA" Residence <br />District shall not be less than 70 feet in width and shall contain at least <br />10,850 square feet. Lots in an "AAA" Residence District shall not be less than <br />60 feet in widths and contain at least 8,700 square feet. <br />Lots in "B" Residence and in "C" Residence Districts shall contain not <br />less than g~000 square feet for one family dwellings; I1;~000 square feet for two <br />family dwellings; and for multiple dwellings 12000 square feet plus 2,500 <br />square feet per family unit in excess of two family units. Lot widths mall be <br />no less than 60 feet. <br />Section 4. SET-BACK REGULATIONS <br />In any District the minimum set-back requirements for structures shall <br />be as follows: <br />(a) In A, AA, AAA, Residence Districts at least 50 feet fry street <br />line. <br />(b) In "B" Residence Districts at least 50 feat from street line. <br />(c) In "C" Residence District at least 40 feet from street line. <br />Section 5. SIDE & RE__,__~AR YARD REGULATIONS <br />In any District the minimum side-yard and back-yard requirements for <br />dwellings shall be as follows: <br />(a) In "A", "AA" and "AAA" Residence Districts the minimum width of a <br />side yard shall be five feet, but the sum of the two side yards shall not be less <br />than 20 feet. The minimum depth of rear yards shall be 50 feet. <br />(b) In "B" and "C" Residence Districts the minimum width of a side yard <br />shall. be five feet but the sum of the two side yards shall not be less than 15 <br />feet, the minimum depth of rear yards shall b e 35 feet. <br />ARTICLE VII <br />USE REGrULATIONS FOR RETAIL BUSINESS DISTRICTS <br />Definition: Section 1. Retail Business, which is an enterprise for profit <br />for the convenience and service of and dealing directly with and accessible to, <br />the ultimate consuaser and being an enterprise not specifically mentioned as per- <br />witted only in a less restricted use district and not in3urious to adjacent <br />premises or occupants thereof by reason of emission of cinders, dust, fumes, noise, <br />odors refuse matter, smoke, vapor, vibration or dangerous to life and property <br />
