15. <br />Hand Laundry; Laundry; <br />Any other trade or service similar to the uses herein listed in type of <br />goods or services sold, in daily hours, in the number of persons or cars <br />to be attracted to the premises and in other effects upon the adjoining <br />residential areas. <br />Advertising Signs; Advertising service or products, dispensed or sold on <br />premises. <br />Tailors Pressing and Dry Cleaning Shops. ~ <br />Theatre; Assembly Hall; Bowling Alley, Skating Rink or other sports and <br />recreations carried on as a business iF the places or buildings in which <br />they are operated are sufficientl~* insulated to confine the noise effec- <br />tively to the premises, ands further, if the places or buildings comply <br />in every respect with ordinances of the City of North Olmsted specifically <br />governing same; <br />Gasoline Service Station or gasoline or oil filling station only after <br />permit has been approved by Board of Appeals (See Art. XII Sec. k e lk} <br />(b) Retail poultry business, either as amain use or as an accessory use, <br />including the storage and killing of poultry or game to be sold entirely <br />at retail upon the premises directly to the ultimate consumers provided <br />that the enterprise is conducted in strict compliance with the regulations <br />of the City of North Olmsted and that adjacent premises or the occupants <br />thereof are not in3ured by reason of the emission of dust, odors, smoke or <br />noise, or the accumulation of refuse or offal, and provided further that <br />the building in which the killing is done is a detached masonry structure <br />having not less than 100 square feet of floor area and at least 10 feet <br />from any other building or part thereof on the same lot which is used as <br />a place of human habitation, or a place where food is prepared placed, <br />kept or sold. Where a masonry building is used entirely for the handling <br />of poultry, such slaughtering room may be separated therefrom by a solid <br />masonry wall. having between the two rooms only one opening not greater <br />than two feet square closed by a self-closing window or door and located <br />not less than four feet above the floor of the main building. Such <br />slaughtering room shall be entered only from outside the building. In <br />either case, such slaughtering room must be used for killing,. flicking er <br />dressing only and shall be not less than 100 feet from any residence dis- <br />trict or from a church, a public or private school, a playground, a hos- <br />pital, a library or an institution for dependents, nor less than 25 feet <br />from all boundaries of the premises upon which it is located. <br />(c) An accessary use customarily incident to a use authorized by this <br />section. <br />(d) No truckers rest and refueling point will be allowed anywhere within <br />the corporate limits of the r~.ty of North Olmsted. <br />ARTICLE VIII <br />HEIGHT AND AREA REGULATIONS FOR BUSINESS DISTRICT. <br />Section 1. In a Retail Business District the maximum height limitations <br />shall be 30 feet, 3 stories. <br />Section 2. In a Retail Business District the building set-back shall <br />be at least 10 feet from the street or front property line. <br />Section 3. In a Retail Business District, a building other than a dwell- <br />ing shall. not require a side yard except when bordering on a Residence District, <br />in which case a side yard shall be provided adjacent to such a District and equal <br />in width to that required therein. <br />Section 4. In a Retail Business District every building not used exclu- <br />sively for residence purposes shall provide on such lot adequate space for the <br />loading and unloading of trucks and commercial vehicles serving such building. <br />
