BE IT ORDAINED :CY THE CUUNCTL Ole THE CITY 0~' NtR ^1H OLl~ISTED , OHIO Section 1. That the assessment of the cost and expense of improving Flehearty Road, from Lorain Road to the south end,by constructing therein a water main, amounts in the aggregate to ~~10 ,200.00 , as reported to this Council by the City Engineer, notice of the filing of Which assessment has been given, as required by law, 'Qe and the same is hereby adopted and con- firmed and that th ere be and is hereby levied upon all of the lots and land bounding an d abutting upon Flehearty Road, from Loraa.n Road to the south end, by constructing therein a water main, the several amounts reported as aforesaid, which assessments, together with the de~ariptions of said lots and lands, are now on file in the office of the Clerk of this Council, and which assessments are at the rate of ~p4.4931 per fronts foot and are not in excess of the special benefits to said property, Section 2. That the fatal assessments against each lot or parcel of land shall be payable in cash within thirty days from and after the passage of this ordinance, or at the option of the owners, in teri annual installments with interest at the same rate as shall be borne by the bonds to be issued in anticipation of the collection of the same. A11 cash payments shall be made, to the Treasurer of said City. All assessments and installments thereof remaining unpaid at the expiration of said thirty days shall be certified by the Glerk of this Council to the County Auditor, as provided by law, to be by him placed on the tax duplicate and collected as other taxes are collected.
