<br />SF,CTION III (b) (PARKING REGULATIONS)
<br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of thee of~ ~ - ~ -, Ohio, that, upon
<br />completion ,of said improvement by the Director of highways, it is hereby understood grid agreed that
<br />said `e~of ~ Ohio, will thereafter
<br />~ (a) Keep said highway open to traffic at all times, and
<br />(b) Regulate parking in the following manner:

<br />(al The right of way necessary for the construction Of the aforesaid improvement is herel:y certified as
<br />being available therefor.
<br />(b) Arrangements have been made with and agreements obtained from all public utility companies whose
<br />lines or structures will ke affected }y the said improvement and said companies have agreed to make
<br />any and all necessary plant removals or rearrangements in such a manner as to le clear of any con-
<br />struction called for by the plans of said improvement and said companies have agreed to make such
<br />necessary rearrangements immediately after notification by the city/village or the department.
<br />(c) It is hereby agreed that the city/village shall, at its own expense, make all rearrangements of
<br />water mains, service lines, fire hydrants, valve boxes, sanitary sewers or other municipally owned
<br />utilities and;!or any appurtenances thereto, as may be necessary to conform to the said improvement
<br />and said rearrangements shall Le done at such time as requested ly the De artment of Highways Fngi-
<br />nePr in such a manner as not to interfere unduly with the ope•rat~on of the contractor constructing
<br />the improvement.
<br />(d) T1re city/village hereby agrees that Lhe said department of highways of the state of (ihio, shall }F
<br />and is hereby saved harmless from any and all damages or claims thereof arising from or growing out
<br />of the certification or obligations made or agreed to in Sections (a), (E), (c) he reinunder, or by
<br />reason of the construction of the improvement.
<br />That this ordinance/resolution shall take effect and be in force from and after the r~arliest
<br />period allowed by 1 aw.
