That there be and are also hereby created four positions of Recreation I;~- structor, one position of Gymnasium Instructor, and playground helpers. The salary of the Recreation Director is hereby fixed and determined to be the sum of Twelve Hundred Dollars (~1~~00.00) per year, payable in e~~ual monthly installments of One ~~undrPd Dol~.ars 0100 ,'?`~) eac}-~ . The compensation of male instructors is hereby fixed and determined to be Eighty Dollars (~$U.OC)? pPr week, each for a period not to exeed s :x weeks during the summer months ,which berioci of six weeks shall be deter- mined by the Recreation Board. Said male instructors shall be paid the :=~_.z~n of Seven Dollars (~7.OOi weel~ly :for a period. not to exceed 37 weeks o~zt;- side of the time employed as above set forth said 37 weeks , and the numbs>.r of hours of said employment shal_1 be determined by the Recreation ~oara.a. The compensation of women instructors is hereby fixed and deter- mined to be the sum of Seventy dollars (~7U .00) per week for a period r~oi to exceed six weeks during the summer months, which period of six weeks shall be determined by the Recreation Board, and shall be paid the sum of tour Dollars (~4.OU) weekly fora period not exceeding 37 weeks outsiae of the six weeks above referred to, said period of 37 weeks employment and Cie number of hours of employment per week shall be determined by the R.ecrea- tion Board.
