<br />ORDINANCE NO . 9 T ~'~ <br />BY: ~~~~ ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE DEPOSIT <br />OF CAST FOR REZONING. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COtTNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED , <br />OHIO, THAT: <br />Any person, firm or corporation making or filing an application <br />to rezone lots or parcels of land in the City of North Olmsted shall, <br />at the time of making or filing such application, deposit with the <br />City Auditor~an amount of money sufficient to pay all costs and ex- <br />penses of such rezoning, including engineering costs of necessary <br />surveys, making of plat and preparation of description of property, <br />together with all expenses of advertising and the giving of necessary <br />notices. <br />The minimum deposit for such purpose shall be the sum of one <br />hundred dollars 0100.00). If said amount is not sufficient to cover <br />said expenses, parties making ~d application shall deposit such ad- <br />ditional amounts necessary upon being advised by the Auditor of the <br />amount needed. <br />Any money deposited and not used in defraying the expenses of <br />such rezoning shall be returned by the Auditor to the parties making <br />such deposit. <br />This is an emergency measure necessary for the public health, <br />.peace and safety, and to immediately provide for the collection of <br />costs of rezoning when the same is requested by individuals, firms or <br />corporations. <br />PASSED: July 1, 1952 <br />ATTEST: <br />hr stman, erk o council <br />APPROVED <br />arence att, yor <br />
