ROAD , CHESTNUT <br />RIDGE ROAD AND BRADLEY ROAD IN NORTH <br />OLMSTED , OHIO . <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH ©LI~STED, STATE <br />OF 4H ID <br />Secti®n 1. DEFINITIONS: For the purpose of this ordinance. <br />A truck is defined as follows: Every motor vehicle except trail- <br />ers and semi-trailers designed and used to carry property. <br />Motor Vehicle. Every vehicle propelled or drawn by power other <br />than muscular power or power collected from overhead electric trolley <br />wires, except road rollers, traction engines, power shovels, power cranes <br />and other equipment used in construction work and not designed for or <br />employed in general highway transportation, hole digging, well drilling <br />m~}chinery, ditch digging machinery, and agricultural tractors and ma- <br />chinery used in the production of horticultural, floricultural, agricul- <br />tural and vegetable products. <br />A Through Truck is a truck whose point of origination is out- <br />side of the City of North Olmsted and whose point of destination is <br />outside the City of North Olmsted and said truck is not stopping to <br />.make deliveries or pick up material in the City of North Olmsted. <br />Section 2. From and after the effective date of this ordinance, <br />G <br />and after signs have been erected giving notice thereof, no driver of a <br />Through Truck shall drive said truck on Dover Center Road, Barton Road, <br />Porter Road, Canterbury Road, Elm Road, Grave Road, Chestnut Ridge Road <br />and Bradley Road in the City of North Olmsted. <br />Section 3. Any person, firm or corporation violating the pro- <br />visions of this ordinance shall, upon conviction tYlereof, be fined not <br />to exceed X49.04 and costs. <br />
