J G Y <br />BY: AN ORDINxTdCE TO REQUIRE A <br />~ ~~~~~ <br />PERMIT Ff}R THE SALE, Tk~NSPORTA-~ <br />TION OR DISTRISU'~ION OF ANY' MILK, <br />CREAM OR FLUID MILS PRODUCTS. <br />BE TT ORDAINED BY THE CE}UNCIL OF THE CITY OF NQftTH QLP~ISTED , <br />C <br />OHIO: <br />Section 1, That no person, firm or corporation shall sell or <br />distribute any milk, cream or fluid milk products in the City of North <br />Olmsted, Ohio, without first having made application to the Mayor and <br />obtained a permit signed by the Mayor to sell or distribute such products. <br />No person, firm or corporation shall be granted such permit unless there <br />is filed a certificate of inspection from a city in Cuyahoga County, Ohio, <br />whose inspection the Mayor shall accept as being competent to show that <br />such person, firm, corporation or association is in compliance with the <br />latest addition of the United States public Health Service Standard <br />Ordinance with a plant score of not less than g0 and a farm rating of <br />not less than 90 as determined by the methods of evaluation of such <br />Ordinance. <br />~,~,cton 2. Any person, firm, corporation or association sell- <br />ing, transporting or distributing milk,. cream or fluid dairy products <br />in the City of North Olmsted without first having obtained. the required <br />permit shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and fined an amount nat exceed- <br />ing X4.9.00 and costs. Each day's violation shall be deemed a separate <br />offense and punishable accordingly. <br />Section 3.
