<br />ING OF RUBBISH, GARBAGE, DIRT; ETC.
<br />UPON ANY STREET LANE ALLEY, PUBLIC
<br />GROUND OR PRIVA'~E PRO~ERTY IN THE
<br />CITY OF NORTH OLP~STED .
<br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLM-
<br />STED, OHIO THAT:
<br />Section 1. No person shall throw or deposit or permit
<br />to be thrown or deposited any dirt, paper, filth, sweepings of
<br />any storehouse, shop or office, or any ashes, shavings, filthy
<br />water, offal, straw, wood,. stones, earth, manure, refuse matter
<br />or rubbish of any kind whatever into any street, alley, public
<br />ground or place used as a street, lane, alley or public ground
<br />in the City of North Olmsted.
<br />Section 2. i3o person shall throw or deposit or per-
<br />mit t o be thrown or deposited any dirt , paper , filth , sweep-
<br />ings o~-any storehouse, shop or office, or any ashes, shavings,
<br />filthy water, offal, straw, wood, stones, earth, manure, re-
<br />fuse matter or rubbish of any kind whatever on any private
<br />property in the City of North Olmsted without the consent of
<br />the owner of said property.
<br />section 3. i3o person owning, leasing, renting or
<br />using land shall throw or deposit or ~~ermit to be thrown or
<br />deposited any garbage, offal or manure on such lands owned,
<br />leased, rented or used by him unless such garbage, offal or
<br />manure shall be buried or plowed under within three days after
<br />it has been thrown or deposited on said lands.
<br />Section 4. Any violation of this ordinance shall be
<br />deemed a misdemeanor and shall be punishable by a fine of ~`;tk9.00
<br />and cost .
<br />Section 5. Ordinance Igo. 6$9 and any other ordinances
<br />or parts of ordinances contrary to or in conflict hereby be
<br />and the same are hereby repealed.
<br />Section b. This ordinance is hereby declared to be an
<br />emergency measure, the emergency being that it is necessary for
<br />the im=mediate preservation of public health, peace, safety and
<br />welfare and to immediately prevent the disposal of material which
<br />may be offensive to surrounding residents.
