That for the purpose of raising money in antici- <br />pation of the collection of special assessments for the improvement <br />of Dover Center Road from Butternut Ridge Road to Lorain Road by <br />constructing a concrete walk on the ~~7esterly side, in accordance <br />with Ordinance No. $67, passed on the 6th day of February, 1951, <br />bonds of the City of North Olmsted, Ohio, shall be issued to the <br />amount of X4,309.05 to pay a note previously issued and is now due <br />and payable. <br />Section 2. Said bonds shall be signed by the Mayor and <br />Auditor, bear date of April 1, 1952, and shall be numbered and be <br />due and payable as follows: <br />Date of TyTaturity Number Amount <br />October 1, 1953 1 30q.05 <br />October 1, 1954 2 1,000.00 <br />October 1, 1g55 3 1,000.00 <br />October 1, 1956 4 1,000.00 <br />October 1, 1957 5 1,000.00 <br />It is hereby determined that the-above maturities are in sub- <br />stantially equal annual installments. <br />Said bonds shall be of the denomination of X1,000.00 each, <br />except Bond No. 1 which shall be in the denomination of X309.05; <br />shall bear interest at the rate of three per centum per annum,pay- <br />able semi-annually on the first days of April and October of each <br />year and for which the proper interest coupons bearing a facsimile <br />of the signature of the Auditor shall be attached to and made a <br /> <br />
