ORDINANCE NO . ~~3 BY: 5~ ~~~~~ AN ORDINANCE TO PRO~ZDE FOR THE ISSUANCE OF BONDS IN ANTICIPATION OF THE COLLECTION OF SPECIAL AS- SESSMENTS FOR THE IMPROVEMENT OF' t~ALTER ROAD FRCS MAPLE RIDGE ROAD TO A POINT $06 FEET NORTH OF t~`APLE RIDGE ROAD BY CONSTRUCTING THEREIN A WATER MAN. BE IT ORDAINID BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, S'TATP OF f)HIO: Se.ri~~a 1. That for the purpose of raising money in anti- cipation of the collection of special assessments for the improve- ment of Walter Road from Maple Ridge Road to a point $06 feet north of Maple Ridge Road, by constructing therein a water main, in ac- cordance with Ordinanaee No. $69, passed on the 6th day of February, 1951, bonds of the City of North Olmsted, Ohio, shall be issued to the amount of X3,350,00 to pay a note previously issued and is about to become due and payable. Section 2.
