(d) Whenever a r~on--conforming use of a building has been aged to amere-restricted use or to a conforming use, such use shall not thlsrasfter be changed to a less restricted use, (e) Whenever anon-conforming use of a building, or portion tl!tereot, hss been discontinued for a period of at least one (i) year, such nonr.confors~ ing use shall not thereafter be re-established, and the future shall be in conformity with the provisions of this ordinance.
