OP~AF'PFA~S Section 1. ~ N - ;~5, ktP (a) A Bard of Appeals is hereby established. The word ~~Heard" when used in this ordinance shall be construed to mean the Hurd of Appeals. (b) The Board shall consist of three msmbears, recomaasaid~,d ~ tttie Igor and appointed by Council. One member shall be desigAated to serve un- til January 1, 1953, one until January 1, 1954, and one until Janue-ry 1, 1955. Section 2. MEE~INGS,~. Meetings of the Board shall be held at least once a month and at such other times as the Board may determine, or upon Dell of the Chairman. All meetings shall be open to the public. The Beard shall adopt its own rules of procedure and shall keep a record of its proceedings showing the vote of es-ch member upon each question, or if absent or failing to vote indicating such fact; and shall keep records of its exar+d~.t~ations atul other official actions. Such appeal shall be taken xithin a reasonable time as provided by the rules of the Board by filing with the officer from whom the appeal is taken and with the Board of Appeals a notice of appeal specifying the ge'a'r thsrsot, The Administration Officer shall forthxith transmit to the Board all paper$ constituting the record upon which the action appealed from was taketa.
