ORDINANCE N0. <br />BY : i~~r/r <br />ORDINANCE CRESTING POSI`T'ION OF <br />RECREATION DIRECTOR AND RECREATION <br />INSTRi1 CTURS AND FIXING COMPENSATION <br />THEREFOR: . <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH <br />OLI~ISTED, OHIO,THAT there be and is hereby created the position of <br />Recreation Director. That there be and is hereby created three <br />positions of recreation instructor. <br />Said positions of Recreation Director and Recreation <br />Instructors are created for the period beginning September 19,1 951 <br />and ending December 31, 1 951. <br />The salary of the Recreation Director for said period of <br />time is hereby fixed and determined to be the sum of Three Hundred <br />and Fifty Dollars (~35G.oo) payable monthly in equal monthly install- <br />ments of Une Hundred Dollars 0100.00) each, except for the remainder <br />of the month of September, for which time said Director shall receive <br />the sum of Fifty llollars 050.00). <br />The compensation of men Recreation Instructors is hereby <br />fixed and determined to be Seven Dollars 07.00) per day which day <br />shall consist of at least three hours work. The compensation of a <br />woman recreation Instructor is hereby fixed and determined to be the <br />sum of Four Dollars 04.00) per day which day shall cpnsist of at <br />least one and one-half hours work. All compensation herein provided <br />for shall be payable at the end of each and every month. <br />This is an emergency measure necessary for the public health, <br />peace and safety, and to provide proper employees for the carrying <br />on of a Recreation program in the village. <br />Passed September 1$, 1951 <br />Attest <br />E .
