CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDTNANCE No. 63 "~~ .~~ ~s' <br />y ~ r tC4 ,~ ~ : x~' ; <br />B ~~~1 `~ <br />AN ORDINANCE AMBNDING SECTION 1171.02 OF ORDINANCES <br />NO. 62-33 (THE ZONING CODE OF THE CITY OF NORTH <br />OLMSTBD) RELATING 'TO PERMITTED E~UILDINGS AND USES <br />TN A LOCAL RETAIL HUSINBSS DISTRICT BY DELETING <br />AS A PERMITTED USE '"APARTMENT MOTEL'S AND REPEALING <br />SAID SECTION 1171.02. <br />BB IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of <br />North Olmsted, State of Ohios <br />erection It That Section 11'71.2 (Permitted Buildings <br />and Uses) of Chapter 1171 {Local Retail Business District) <br />Title Beven of the Zoning Code of the City of North Olmsted <br />{Ordinance No. 62-33), now reading as followss <br />"1171.02 Permitted Buildings and Uses <br />In a L0ca1 Retail Business District land may be <br />used and buildings or structures may be designed, built, <br />altered or used only for one or more of the folio~rsng <br />permitted uses, and not for any use specifically de- <br />scribed in paragraphs (C) to {L) of Section 1173.2; <br />{A) Any use permitted in the least restrictive <br />Residence District adjacent to any part of such Local <br />Retail Busine-ss District, but subject to the conditions <br />therein set forth. <br />(B) Retail Business for local or neighborhood <br />needs to the following limited extents <br />1. The retail sale of baked goods, con- <br />fectionery, dairy products, delicatessen, fruits, <br />vegetables, groceries, meats, beverages. <br />2. The sale of dry goods and variety mer- <br />chandise but excluding department stores. <br />3. The sale of menu and boy's furnishings, <br />shoes, hats, women's ready-to-wear, furs, millinery, <br />apparel, accessories. <br />4. The sale of hardware, household appliances, <br />~. radios, paint, wallpaper, materials and objects for <br />interior decorating. <br />5. The sale of books, maga2ines, newspapers, <br />tobacco products, drugs, flowers, gifts, music, <br />photographic equipment and goods, sporting goods, <br />stationery. <br />6. The sale of food, soft drinks, juices, ice <br />cream, but excluding (i) places serving spiritous, <br />vinous or malt beverages for consumption on the <br />pre~aises, and (ii) any place providing dancing or <br />entertainment. <br />7.
