The sale of books, magazines, newspapers, <br />tobacco products, drugs, flowers, gifts, music, <br />photographic equipment and goods, sporting goods, <br />stationery. <br />6. The sale of food, soft drink:, juices, ice <br />cream, but excluding (i) places serving spiritous, <br />vinous or malt beverages for consumption on the <br />err'' premises, and (ii) any place providing dancing or <br />entertainment. <br />7. Hotel or motel. <br />8. Dance voice and music studios. <br />(C) Service establishments for local or neighbor- <br />hood needs, but limited to barber shops, beauty shops, <br />custom tailors, laundry or dry cleaning agencies where <br />none of the processing is done on the premises, self- <br />service laundries and dry cleaning, shoe repair shops, <br />ice stations. <br />(D) Business offices used only for: <br />1. Ret1 estate, insurance or other similar <br />office purposes. <br />a. ©ffces for architects, clergymen, engineers, <br />lawyers, dentists, doctors or other established <br />recognized professions. <br />3.
