CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />RESOLUTION No. 63°~r ~~.'~ <br />B ~ ~~ . .~~'lt-~z.~_ ~-rc c._, <br />y ~--- <br />A RBSC3LUTION APPROVING, FOR RECORD PURPFJSE~ ONLY., <br />CITY LINE ESTATES SUBDIVISION No. 1, AND DECLARING <br />AN EMERGENCY. <br />WHEREAS, the plat of City Line Estates Sub- <br />division No. 1 has heretof ore been filed with the Planning <br />Commission and by it approved and referred to the Council; <br />an d <br />WHEREAS, said subdivision contains one street, <br />to-wit. Carriage Lane, and twenty-two (22) sublots; and <br />WHEREAS, said plat has been approved by the <br />City Engineer as being in conformance to the resolutions and <br />ordinances of this City. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council <br />of the City of North Olmsted, State of Ohio: <br />Section 1: That this Council having been advised of <br />the approval of the Planning Commission of the plat of City <br />Line Estates Subdivision No. 1, and having been advised by <br />the City Engineer that it meets the requirements of the <br />ordinances and resolutions of the City of North Olmsted, <br />hereby approves said plat, for record purposes only. <br />Section 2: That this Resolution is hereby determined <br />to be an emergency measure necessary for the preservation of <br />the public welfare, peace, health and safety of the City by <br />virtue of the necessity of giving immediate approval to said <br />plat in order that the development of the City may proceed in <br />an orderly manner as rapidly as possible; WHEREFORE, this <br />Resolution shall take effect and be in force immediately upon <br />its passage, otherwise, at the earliest period allowed by law. <br />~_> , <br />PASSED : ~~~. ~ `C:~ ra~~~ ~ ~~/~~; ... <br />c% _ <br />. , dent <br />of Council pro T ~-, <br />ATTEST: <br />~- <br />'% Louise Hall, Clerk o Council / <br />APPROVED: <br />Pau J.
