CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE N0. 63-237 <br />BY Mr. Mangani <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONE MAP ADOPTED AS PART OF <br />ORDINANCE N0. 62-33 (KNt~tN AS THE ZONING CODE OF THE CITY <br />OF NORTH OLMSTED) BY CHANGING THE DESIGt~-TION THEREON OF <br />CERTAIN LANDS CONTAINING A[30UT NINETY-TWO ACRES MORE OR <br />LESS AND LYING TO THE EJ01ST AND THE SOUTH OF THE PRESENT <br />EASTERLY AND SOUTHERLY,LIMiTS OF THE GREAT NOKTHERN SHOPPING <br />CENTER AREA HEREINAFTER DESCRIBED BY METES AND BOUNDS, FROM ITS <br />PRESENT DESLGNATI ON THEREON AS Mi ltfl USE DISTRICT TO THAT <br />OF GENERAL RETAIL BUS~ISNfSS DISTRICT. <br />BE I T ORDAINED by the Counci 1 of the City of North <br />Olmsted, State of Ohio: <br />Section 1: That the Official Zone Map of the City of North <br />Olmsted opted as part of Ordinance No. 62-33 (known as the Zoning Code <br />of the City of North Olmsted) be amended by changing the designation <br />thereon of the parcel of land described by metes and bounds as follows: <br />Situated in the City of North Olmsted, .County of Cuyahoga and <br />State of Ohio, and known as being parts of Origina-1 Olmsted Township <br />Lots Nos. 22 and 2g, Tract No. 6 and bounded and described as follows: <br /> <br />v <br />Beginning on the Northwesterly line of Great I~rthern Boulevard, <br />(70 feet wide), and dedicated by plat recorded inVolu+ais l>35~of Maps, <br />Page 69 of Cuyahoga County Records, at a point therein distant 35.00 <br />feet Southwesterly, measured along said Northwesterly line, from <br />its intersection with. the center line of Country Club Boulevard, <br />78 feet wide, as dedicated by plat recorded in Volume 185 of Maps, <br />Page 30 of Cuyahoga County Reeor~ls; thence Northeasterly along said <br />Northwesterly lin• of Great Northern Boulevard and the R~rtheasterly <br />prolongation thereof, 260.41 feet to a point of curve; thence North- <br />easterly on a curved line deflecting to the left having a radius of <br />417.56 feet, said last described tine being tangent to said curve, <br />an arc of distance of 146.12 feet to a point of tangency; thence <br />Northerly along a line tangent to said last described curved line, <br />about 440 feet but to the intersection with line "A" as hereinafter <br />described; thence Easterly and Northerly along said line ''A" to the <br />center line of Brookpark Road, 160 feet wide as shown by plat <br />recorded in Volume 158, Page 8 of Cuyahoga County Records; thence <br />Easterly along the center tine of Brookpark Road, 1669.74 fe,~t to <br />an angle therein; thence continuing Easterly along the center line <br />of Brookpark Read, 570.71 feet to a point that is distant Easterly <br />35 feet, measured along said center line, from the Southwesterly <br />corner of Columbia Land Development Company's Subdivision No. 3, <br />recorded in Volume 184 of daps, Page 70 of Cuyahoga County Records; <br />thence Southerly at right angles to the Center line of Brookpark <br />Road, 1200.00 feet t© a point of curve; thence. Southwesterly on <br />a curved line deflecting to the right having a radius of 535 feet <br />to a ~-~pint of tangency in a line drawn parallel with the center <br />line of Brookpark Road, said last described line being tangent to <br />said curve; thence Westerly along said parallel line 1335 feet; thence <br />Southwesterly 1270 plus or minus feet along a direct line. to a point <br />in the Southeasterly line of Great Northern Boulevard (said point <br />being distant Northeasterly 65 feet from the point of intersection <br />of said Southeasterly line with the centerline of said Country Club <br />Boulevard or prolongation thereof and being the point of intersection <br />of a curve deflecting to the left and having a radius of 20O plus or <br />minus feet and a tangent of 100 feet) to a point of tangency; thence <br />along said curve to a point of tangency with said Southeasterly line, <br />said point of tangency being 35 feet Southwesterly along said South- <br />easterly line from the point of its intersection with said centerline <br />of Country Club Boulevard or prolongation thereof; and thence at right <br />angle to said Southeasterly line a distance of 70 feet to the place <br />of beginning. <br />Line "A" as herein referred to is described as follows: <br />
