<br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS
<br />OF A SANITARY SEWAGE'. DISPOSAL PLANT TO SERVE A
<br />~~' MAXIMUM OF 200 CONNECTIONS IN NORTH PARK ESTATES
<br />SUBDIVISION No. 1, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.
<br />WHEREAS, Milikap Bu 3.l ding Co. , Inc. , developer
<br />of North Park Estates Subdivision No. 1, has heretofore submitted
<br />plans and specifications for a sanitary sewage disposal plant
<br />sometimes called a .package plant, to serve said subdivision in
<br />an area of North Olmsted which is as yet unsewered, all in com-
<br />pliance with the terms and provisions of Ordinance No. 3065; and
<br />WHEREAS, the State of Ohio Department of Health
<br />and the Engineer of the City of North Olmsted have both approved
<br />said plans and specifications as to design, size, location and
<br />operation for a maximum of 200 connections; and
<br />WHEREAS, Ordiance No. 3065 requires, in
<br />addition to the approvals above set forth, the formal approval
<br />of Council of such plans and specifications.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council
<br />of the City of North Olmsted, State of Ohio:
<br />Section 1: That this Council having been advised that
<br />the plans and specifications submitted by Millkap Building Co.,
<br />Inc. for the construction of a sanitary sewage disposal plant to
<br />serve a maximum of 200 connections in North Park Estates Sub-
<br />division No. 1 have been approved by the State of Ohio - Department
<br />of Health and the Engineer of the Gity of North Olmsted, hereby
<br />approves said plans and specifications subject to Section 2 hereof.
<br />Section 2: That the developer proceed with the installation
<br />g and operation of said plant in accordance with all of the require-
<br />ments, terms and provisions of Ordinance No. 3065.
<br />Section 3: That this Resolution is hereby determined to
<br />be an emergency measure necessary for the preservation of the public
<br />welfare, peace, health and safety of the City by virtue of the
<br />immediate necessity of permitting development of unsewered sections
<br />_ of the City with due safeguards for tY~e health, saf ety and welf are
<br />~'' of the City•s residents; WHEREFORE, this Resolution shall take
<br />effect and be in force immediately upon its passage, otherwise, at
<br />the earliest period allowed by law.
