CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />RESOLUTION No. 63 'x:16 <br />~~/' <br />B / - ~ ~~ ~?,~ , <br />v - <br />A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING, FOR RECORD PURPOSES ONLY, <br />THE PLAT OF CLARESHIRE DRIVE, AND DECLARING AN <br />EMERGENCY. <br />WHEREAS, the plat of Clareshire Drive has <br />heretofore been filed by Sacks and Goldberg, developers thereof; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has approved <br />the same and referred it to the Council; and <br />~~EREAS, said plat contains only the dedication <br />of Clareshire Drive to the City of North Olmsted and has been <br />approved by the City Engineer as being in conformance to the <br />resolutions and ordinances of this City regarding plats. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council <br />of the City of North Olmsted, State of Ohio: <br />Section 1: That this Council, having been advised of <br />the approval by the Planning Commission of the plat of Clareshire <br />Drive, and having been advised that said plat has the approval of <br />the City Engineee,olutionstofttheeCityhofrNorthe0lmsted, hereby <br />ordinances and r s <br />approves said plat, for record purposes only. <br />Section 2: That this Resolution is hereby determined to <br />be an emergency measure necessary for the preservation of the <br />public welfare, peace, health and safety of the City in order <br />that the development of the City may proceed in an orderly manner <br />at the earliest possible date; WHEREFORE, this Resolution shall <br />tike effect and be in force immediately upon its passage, other- <br />wise, at the earliest period allowed by law. <br />r , ~~~ L=. i .~ : e 96e <br />PASSE ._~ . <br />evident <br />of Counci l t ,~r %--, ,, ~ <br />A S . <br />y, <br />ouise Hall, Clerk o Council <br />APP OVED: <br />~j <br />aul J. `Ga^reau, '~ayor <br />~~~_f~ <br />~ ~.~ r,~, <br />~~ <br />..~.f <br />_._... <br />
