CITY OF NORTH OLMSTEn <br />RESOLUTION No. 63 -~ 1,5~ <br />r <br />._~_ <br />A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING, FOR RECORD PURPOSES ONLY, <br />CARL KIESEL'S SUBDIVISION, PROPOSED, AND DECLARING <br />AN ENNiERGENCY. <br />WHEREAS, Carl Kiesel has heretofore submitted to <br />the Planning Commission his proposed subdivision containing three <br />sublots and another sublot reserved for a future street opening; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has approved <br />said plat and the City Engineer advises this Council that the <br />plat meets the requirements of the ordinances and resolutions of <br />this City; and <br />WHEREAS, the developer has agreed to deed to <br />the City of North Olmsted the easterly ten (10) feet of all of <br />the sublots in said subdivision for use by the City for roadway <br />purposes. <br />NOW, THEREFJRE, ~3E IT RESOLVED by the Council <br />of the City of North Olmsted, State of Ohio: <br />Section 1: That this Council,having been advised of <br />the approval by the Planning Commission of the plat of the Carl <br />Kiesel Subdivision and having been advised that said plat has the <br />approval of the City Engineer, and that it meets the requirements <br />of the ordinances and resolutions of the City of North Olmsted, <br />hereby approves said plat, for record purposes only. <br />Section Z: That this Resolution is hereby determined 'to <br />be an emergency measure necessary for the preservation of the <br />public welfare, peace, health and safety of the City in order <br />that the development of the City may proceed in an orderly manner <br />at the earliest possible date; WHEREFORE, this Resolution shall <br />take effect and be in force immediately upon its passage, other- <br />wise, at the earliest period allowed by law. <br />i <br />Bruce acDonald, resident <br />of Council <br />AT <br />Y ,r-•' <br />Louise Hall, Clerk o Council <br />A PPRO ~ ~..
