E~`~ 'f,;~ ,-c ~~~c ,,. ~ ORDINANCE N0. ~•-~ r~ C} <br />GIVING THE CONSENT 0 THE CITY OF <br />Snow and IcE Removal program for the years l~~ - 19 ; and <br />and ice are City Streets and also County Roads known by the following names and <br />TO THE REMOVAL OF SNOW AND TCE from certain roads within the City. <br />WHii,R,EAS, the Board of County Commissioners has tentativFly 2pprovtd a <br />WHEREAS, a number of`:the roads from which it is proposed to remove snow <br />lying between the limits designated, viz.: <br />0 <br /> <br /> <br />NOW, THERc~F'ORE:, BE It Ordained by the Council of the City of ._...____~ <br />~ , State of Ohio: <br />SECTION l: That it is declared to be of public interest that the con- <br />sent of the City by and such consent is hereby given to the removal of snow and <br />ice on the above mentioned highways between the termini aforesaid. <br />SECTION 2: This Ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency <br />ordinance necessary for the immediate preservation of the public health and <br />safety; such necessity exists by reason of the fact that snow and sleet storms <br />may soon create hazardous conditions on these roads, in consequence whereof great <br />public inconvenience would be suffered and public travel endangered and delayed. <br />SECTION 3: That the Clerk be, and he is hereby, directed to furnish to <br />the Board of County Commissioners of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, a certified copy of <br />this 1rdinance immediately upon the taking effect thereof. <br />CERTIFICATE OF COPY" <br />State of Ohio, County of Cuyahoga, City of ~ ~ 4, SS; <br />r, Louise Ha 1 1 , as Clerk of the City of <br />North Olmsted , do hereby certify that the <br />-1- <br />
