CITY OF NORT6-3 OLMSTED <br />RESOLUTION No. b3 ~~' <br />~~ <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE T)IRECTOR OF PUBLIC <br />SAFETY TO ADVERTISE FOR BIDS FOR RA DIO COMMUNICA- <br />TIONS SYSTEMS FOR THE FIRE DEPARTMENT OF THE CITY <br />OF NORTH JLMSTED ACCORDING TJ DETAILED PLANS AND <br />SPECIFICATIONS NOW i~N FILE IN HIS OFFICE A.ND DE- <br />CLARING AN EMERGENCY. <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City <br />of North Olmsted, State of Ohio: <br />Section 1: That the Director of Public Safety be <br />and he is hereby authorized to advertise for bids for radio <br />communications systems for the Fire Department of the City <br />of North Olmsted in accordance with plans and specifications <br />now on file in his office. <br />Section 2: That this Resolution is hereby declared <br />to be an emergency measure necessary for the public peace, <br />safety, health and welfare and shall take effect and be in <br />force immediately upon its passage and approval by the Mayor, <br />otherwise, at the earliest period allowed by law. <br />PASSED : ~-" ~-~ ~- ~' ~' ~~ ~1" <br />~f!-~eU <br />Bruce MacDonald, President <br />of Council <br />ATTEST: <br />,Louise Hall, Clerk o Council <br />
