IN ROSE TRRI3 SUE- <br />DIYI3IQN Ito. 1 FOR THB CONSTRUCTION AND <br />MATNPS~iiANCB OF A SANITARY SBWER. <br />WHERBAS, the Council has been advised by <br />the City Bngneer that Deerf ieid Estates, Inc., developers <br />of Rose Tree St~bdivisiQn No. 1, has given an easement t® <br />the City of North Olmated for the construction and main#en- <br />ance of a sanitary sewer as described in an easement <br />executed August 9, 19tb3 by Deerf ieid Bstates, Iac. , Bart 1~. <br />Linden, president, and Harry Steiger, secretary; and <br />WHEREAS, it is necessary that the City of <br />North ©imated accept said easement for the purpose of per- <br />aitting the installation and maintenance of a sanitary surer. <br />NOi~, THBRBFORE, BB IT RBSQLVBD by the Council <br />of the City of North Olmsted, State of Ohio: <br />Section 1: Z`hat the Council does hereby accept an <br />easement from Deerfield Estates, Inc. in Rose Tree Subdivision <br />No. 1 by Bart K.
