Section a: It is hereby deterained and declared that said inpr~resent is conductive to the pabiic health, con- renience and welfare of said City and the inhabitants thereof. Section 3: That the grade of said street and isproveseats sha11 be the grade as shows by the Engineer's plans and profiles which are su.de a part hereof. Section 4: That the plans, specifications, estimates acrd profiles of the proposed ispravesent, he=et®f are pr~esed by the engineer snd now on file in the office of the Clerk ®f Cc~mncii, are hereby apprured.
