CITY OF NORTH OLMSTEsD <br />ORDINANCE No. 63-160 <br />+_ <br />B ~~r <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CODIFIED ORDINANCE <br />NO. 375..01, RELATING TO REGISTRATION, FEE <br />AND TAG FOR BICYCLES, AND DECLARING AN <br />EMERGENCY. <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of <br />North Olmsted, State of Ohio: <br />~~ Section 1: That Codified Ordinance No. 375.01, <br />presently reading as follows: <br />All bicycles shall be registered at the Town <br />Hall on Dover Center road. The registration fee shall <br />be twenty-five cents t25~) for each bicycle. <br />The Municipal dus Line Superintendent of <br />Operations shall issue a license tag which shall bear <br />a license number and a registration card to the owner <br />of the bicycle. "I'he tag shall be attached to the <br />bicycle. It shall be unlawful maliciously to re- <br />move, destroy or damage the registration plate or <br />serial number on the frame of any bicycle. <br />The registration card shall show the name and <br />address of the owner of the bicycle; the nave of the <br />owner's parents or guardian if the owner is a minor, <br />together with their address, the make of the bicycle, <br />its color, the manufacturer's serial number on the <br />frame and other identifying marks. <br />The Superintendent shall keep a copy of the <br />registration card and shall issue the card to the <br />owner of the bicycle. <br />be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows: <br />All bicycles shall be registered at the town <br />Hall on Dover Center Road.
