~i~.,1.c,,~,~ie~ 6~- r~7 CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED f~. •° RESOLUTION N0. 63 - 137 By ~ ~' . ~ , . ~srCC ~°~.~a~> A RESOLUTION APPROV 1 NG, FOR RECORD PURPOSES ONLY THE RROPOSED SUBDIVISION KNOWN AS BEVERLY HILLS PARK ESTATES SUBDIVISION N0. 2, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. WHEREAS, the plat of proposed Beverly Hills Park Estates Subdivision No. 2 has heretofore been filed with the Planning Commission and by it approved and referred to the Council; and WHEREAS, said plat contains one hundred and fourteen (114) sublots and six streets, to-wit: Nantucket Drive, Revere Drive, Clinton's Run, Alma's Run, Polly"s Run and Joe's Run; and WHEREAS, said plat has been approved by the City Engineer as being in conformance to the ordinances and resolutions of this City. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of North Olmsted, State of Ohio: Section l: That this Council, having been advised of the approval of the Planning Commission of the plat of proposed Beverly Hills Park Estates Subdivision No. 2 and having been advised that said plat has the approval of the City Engineer and that it meets the requirements of the ordinances and resolutions of the City of North Olmsted, hereby approves said plat, for record purposes only. Section 2: That this Resolution is hereby determined to be an emergency measure necessary for the preservation of the public health, peace, safety and welfare, by virtue of the necessity of giving immediate approval to said plat in order that the development of the City may proceed in an orderly manner as rapidly as possible; WHEREFORE, this Resolution shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its passage, otherwise, at the earliest period allowed by law.
