CITY OF NORTH OLMSTBD RESOLUTION No. 63 °'~~ ~~~ ~~ ----~-__ A RESOLUTION APPROVING, FOR RECORD PURPOSES ONLY, THE PROPO~D SUBDIVISION KNOWN A~ Rt3SB TRH SUE- DIVISION No. 3, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. WHEREAS, the plat of proposed Rose Tree Sub- division No. 3 has heretofore been filed with the Planning Com- mission and by it approved and referred to the Council; and WHEREAS, said plat contains twenty-four t24) sublots and one street, to-wits Beaumont Drive; and WHEREAS, said plat has been approved by the City Engineer as being in conformance to the ordinances and resolu- tions of this City. NOW, THEREFORB BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of North Olmsted, State of Ohio: Section 1~ of the approval of the posed Rose Tree Subdiv that said plat has the meets the requirements City of North Olmsted, purposes only. That this Council, having been advised Planning Commission of the plat of pro- ison No. 3 and having been advised approval of the City Engineer and that it of the ordinances and resolutions of the hereby approves said plat, for record Section 2: That this Resolution is hereby determined to be an emergency measure necessary for the preservation of the public health, peace, safety and welfare, by virtue of the necessity o€ giving immediate approval to said plat in order that the development of the City may proceed in an orderly manner as rapidly as possible; WHEREFORE, this Resolution shall take effect and be in force inunediately upon its passage, other- wise, at the earliest period allowed bq law.
